To Lease your next property through us!

I. We will provide you with the following services:

1. We'll search the Multiple Listing Computers and our other databases for all homes, townhomes, condos, duplexes, and apartments listed to make sure you know about every property for lease in your price range.
2. We'll arrange private showings for any and all the properties you wish to see.
3. When we find the right home property, We'll prepare the application in your best interest.
4. We'll discuss strategy about the offer price, terms, possession date etc.
5. We'll obtain answers to any and all questions you may have.
6. We'll negotiate in your interest at all times to get you the best deal possible.
7. We'll help you find the best possible services for your move.
8. We'll work hard to ensure you receive great service from everyone involved.

II. As a Preferred Lessor, You Agree to:

1. Notify us of any listed properties you wish to view.
2. Inform builders, Owners, and real estate agents that you are working with us.
3. Make any application or offer to lease through us.
4. You are under no obligation to lease a home.
5. For all these services listed above, you owe us nothing. Your fee will be paid by the seller or the builder of any property you lease and will not cost you extra.
6. If you lease through another real estate firm without using us to present your application, you agree to pay us 35% of the lease price for the time, effort, and services expended by us on your behalf unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
7. This agreement expires 6 months from today’s date.
8. Now for the hard one, If we exceed your expectations - you agree to refer your friends, family and associates to us.
